BCHA

RECOOP joins BCHA

RECOOP is the latest addition to the BCHA group.

RECOOP works with older ex-offenders and prisoners offering care and support to aid resettlement and rehabilitation. It provides a range of services in 12 prisons across the south west.  Services include advocacy, financial advice and mentoring to help clients take control of their lives, remain free from offending and to prevent social exclusion.

The organisation evolved from the successful ACOOP (Age Concern Older Offender Project) – and adds to the existing work BCHA does with 5000 older people and 500 ex-offenders and prisoners, each year.
