We have homes available to rent across Dorset and Hampshire. While you are living in one of our properties, we want your stay to be as comfortable, secure and safe as possible.

Local authorities use temporary housing (ie the homes that we provide) to house individuals and families while they assess their application, or until they are in a position to re-house them permanently. In order to qualify for one of our homes, you need to be nominated by the local authority.

When tenants are nominated to us from the local authority our staff try to ensure that the rental costs and property match your specific needs. We do this by conducting a detailed interview before you move in.

We provide all new tenants with an initial induction/move in pack to the property we allocate a personal Housing Officer who is your main point of contact for any issues you have. The housing officer also carries out regular inspections of the property.
