Poole Outreach

If you're sleeping rough in Poole, we can help.

We can help you move away from rough sleeping into safe accommodation. Our Outreach Workers can put you in touch with services and agencies who can help you address a range of issues, such as debt problems, substance misuse or whatever issues have led you to living on the streets.  We can also accompany you to appointments at other times as needed.

It's been a year since we started running the Poole Outreach Support Team service - click here to see the report on the first 12 months
