We can help to get you off the street and onto the road back to independence. We provide emergency short term accommodation - like St Paul's in Bournemouth - where there is a Day Centre providing access to other services and advice, as well as a Nightshelter where you can do your laundry, book an appointment to see a doctor and find out what your housing options are. In Poole, we run an outreach service to help if you are sleeping rough. Our workers can help you address the issues that may have led you to being homeless and help find you accommodation. We also provide accommodation in Reading for single homeless people with mental health and substance misuse issues where we link in with other local agencies that can help. And we can help in the long term - providing support for you at home, which we do in Exeter and Bournemouth. We can also provide support if you are at risk of being made homeless. We understand you may be facing a complicated combination of issues, so we'll start by listening to your concerns and experiences, as much as you wish, so that together we can agree a strategy for supporting you - the right assistance, in the right way for you. To find out more about how we can help, have a look at the issues listed on the right or get in touch. |
