Routes is a FREE new programme designed by BCHA to help you return to education or employment.

We are working closely with our partners across Dorset to make sure we can meet your needs - when and where you need it!

You can come on Routes if you are aged 14-18 and are not currently working or attending a course or if you're aged 19-24 with a learning difficulty or disability. One of our Mentors will work with you to help you take the next steps and reach your goals.

Read our leaflet here! and see our blog here!

The form to complete if you are interested in attending can be found here. Please note that this referral form will be needed by all of our partners.  If you are a school - please use this form

Routes is available all over Dorset, here are the details of the companies offering Routes. If you're unsure which one is closest to you - call us on 01202 410500

When you start on Routes we will put together an individual training plan which will help you map out where you want to go - then we'll help you get there. It's that simple. No minimum hours, no exams needed.

You could even get the chance to attend a 3 day residential at The Magdalen Project in West Dorset - www.themagdalenproject.org.uk

Here are just a few of the things Routes can help you with:

  • Self esteem and confidence building

  • Relationships & sexual health

  • Sports & fitness

  • Healthy eating & life skills

  • Team building & communication

  • Work trials & volunteering

  • IT skills

  • Preparing for employment & learning

  • Personal budgeting

  • Accreditations and qualifications

If you don't see what you need in the list, just give us a call and if we can't help you - we'll give you the details of someone who can! Back to Learning & Work
