We can help people get into paid work - whether it's finding the right thing after a gap in employment, or a change in career direction.

We have excellent links with local employers across a broad range of industry sectors, from retail and hospitality to local council. Our team will help you gain valuable experience in a work environment that appeals to you - often a great way to move back into work. But we also help you customers to hone those skills most needed by employers such as teamworking, customer services and teamwork. We will help you to produce a CV and practice interview skills - so that if a job is on offer at the end of work experience, you're in the best position to go for it.

If you're interested and would like to know more, you're welcome to pop in to Learning & Works at BCHA's St Swithuns House or give us a call on 0845 2600 744.
