Housing and Support Manager, Oxford

Starting salary £29,679, maximum to earn £36,075 per annum

37.5 hrs per week

Minimum 7 months contract • Salary: £ 89.20 per night

Stroke Advocacy and Support Worker - The Leaving Hospital Support Service

This is an exciting new position to help patients following a stroke. You will offer patients, relatives and carers access practical advice, information and support as they deal with the physical, emotional effects and lifestyle adjustments needed in leaving hospital. Your role will assist for a safe discharge and a follow up once at home. Previous experience of advocacy, one-to-one support and carrying out patient assessments is required, preferably gained within the hospital environment. You will be based in Christchurch Hospital with some travel to Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
