From hostels to shared accommodation, to rented flats and houses - our over-riding aim is to provide homes that meet the needs and aspirations of our tenants.
We have a diverse property portfolio – and ambitious plans to develop and acquire 300 new homes over the next five years.
Our accommodation includes a direct access hostel for homeless people in Bournemouth, which also includes a day centre where people can access advice and services.
We also have supported accommodation schemes where people have their own rooms but share other facilities. And we provide general needs housing for people – with or without a floating support service to help people maintain their tenancies.
Our geographical remit is also growing. We operate from the New Forest to Exeter with homes in Bournemouth (where we are a preferred development partner of Bournemouth Borough Council), Poole, Weymouth, Salisbury and Reading.
And we are a member of the Source Development Partnership, one of the south-west’s largest consortiums, committed to providng high-quality, affordable housing in the region.
Property we have developed includes:
Southcote Road. Six flats for people with mental health needs where tenants live independently with access to our floating support service.
Poole Refuge. 12 rooms for women fleeing domestic violence, including space for a man escaping abuse. The site also includes six flats where residents can move as they rebuild their lives before moving onto independent accommodation.
