Ø Discipline & Grievance
Ø Finance for Managers
Ø Lunch ‘n’ Learn

We are also happy to arrange and deliver bespoke training on HR policies and procedures to Managers should this be requested.
Train to Gain / Skills Pledge
By signing the Skills Pledge BCHA have committed to actively encourage and support our employees to gain the skills and qualifications that will support their future employability and meet the needs of our business. This means that we will offer training to ensure that all employees have a recognised qualification at NVQ level 2 or above (equivalent to 5 GCSE).
