People volunteer for us for all sorts of reasons. Every one is passionate about helping others find a way forward.
Some of our volunteers are looking to change their career and want to gain some experience for their CV. Some have particular hobbies or skills that they wish to share with people. Some are retired professionals, such as teachers, who can really help us with delivering our learning workshops. Others give their time to fundraise for us.
Volunteering benefits individuals and our business. It creates opportunities for people to unlock their skills and potential and, at the same time, provides a truly valuable contribution to our business by enabling our teams to increase the scope of their work and to develop the services they provide.
BCHA's Volunteer recruitment system is currently under reviw and development. We hope to have a new system in place before the end of January 2012. Thank you for your patience.
We advertise all of our vacancies with The Councils for Voluntary Services. Links to these can be found at the bottom of the page.
