We have a long history of helping vulnerable people find a way forward - we've been doing it for over 40 years.

BCHA has been helping homeless and vulnerable people for over 40 years - and in that time, we've listened to many personal stories. Our work with people facing significant personal challenges has shown us as many different circumstances as customers who've come to us. From Plymouth to Oxford, we know there's no 'type' of person facing homelessness, or addiction, domestic abuse or gaps in education - there are lots of reasons why someone can find themselves in need of help.

Enabling them to find a way forward is what we try to do. Accommodation, practical help, education, specialist support - and some personal encouragement. Our job isn't simply to point someone in the right direction, it's to walk with them towards it.
