Ron Peak is director of Operations and Property Development at BCHA.
Ron joined BCHA as Property Manager in April 2000 - in fact, the very same day Martin Hancock joined.
Since joining BCHA, Ron has seen BCHA's freehold and leasehold properties increase three-fold - including the buidling of schemes such as the domestic violence refuge in Poole and Southcote Road in Bournemouth, which includes 30 flats with floating support. Looking ahead, Ron is responsible for driving BCHA's ambition to develop and acquire 300 more homes over the next five years.
As Director of Operations and Property Development, Ron has overall responsibilty for BCHA's property portfolio, housing and floating support services and customer services.
Before BCHA, Ron spent 33 years at Whitbread managing the organisation's propeties across the south region. Outside of work, Ron enjoys most sports - and is an AFC Bournemouth season ticket holder.
