Stephen Fraser is director of Resources and Social Enterprise at BCHA

As Director of Resources and Social Enterprise, Stephen is responsible for Finance, IT and BCHA’s social enterprise subsidiary, Sequal Solutions.  He joined BCHA in 2008.

Stephen is a qualified chartered accountant and began his career with Price Waterhouse.  He worked for Boots for over 10 years, undertaking finance roles within the retail, healthcare, property and IT areas, including three years overseas in Sydney. 

Before joining BCHA, Stephen was Head of Finance for MHA Care Group, a charity and housing association for older people.
