Resident Impact Involvement Report
BCHA know that the best services are those that are developed together with the active involvement of those who use them.
This year's Resident Impact Involvement Report outlines the many different ways our service users and residents have got involved with BCHA and how their input has led to improvements to the services we provide.

The Resident Scrutiny Panel report on Anti-Social Behaviour
The Resident Scrutiny Panel (RSP) is a group of independent BCHA residents that volunteer their time to monitor BCHA’s performance.
The panel recently reviewed Anti-Social Behaviour complaints at a scheme in Bournemouth. During the review they interviewed BCHA management, visited the scheme and met with residents individually to discuss anti-social behaviour.
A big part of the review looked at the procedure of reporting and dealing with anti-social behaviour by staff and the challenges they face.

Resident Involvement Strategy
BCHA’s new Residents Involvement Strategy has been developed, detailing how residents can help to shape our services over the next two years.
