We’ve published some important documents for our service users.
New Repairs and Maintenance Handbook
In January, all of our tenants living within one of our general needs properties should have received one of our new Repairs and Maintenance Handbooks.
This handbook provides you with all the information you need to know about repairs, and about Sequal Works, our repairs and maintenance service. You should keep this booklet safe and refer to it when you have a problem, or repair that needs doing in your home.
If you haven’t received a Repairs and Maintenance Handbook, call our Customer Services Team on 01202 410500 and ask them to get a copy in the post to you. Alternatively, click here to view this publication online.
The Welfare Reform Act
We are here to help you make sense of the new Welfare Reform Act and how the changes could affect you. Click here for more information on the changes to the benefit system and to find out how to access support to help you make sense of all these changes.
2012/2013 Residents Annual Report
Everyone living in one of our properties should have by now received a copy of our 2012/2013 Residents Annual Report, showing our residents how we are performing against the Tenants Services Authority standards.
The report includes important information about BCHA and our commitment to our residents. Click here to take a look at the report.
Alternatively, if you would like to request a hard copy, please call 01202 410500.
Resident Impact Involvement Report
BCHA know that the best services are those that are developed together with the active involvement of those who use them.
This year's Resident Impact Involvement Report outlines the many different ways our service users and residents have got involved with BCHA and how their input has led to improvements to the services we provide.
Click here to read it and see how you could get involved.
Resident Involvement Strategy
BCHA’s new Residents Involvement Strategy has been developed, detailing how residents can help to shape our services over the next two years.
