We as service users aim to listen with empathy and provide a voice for service users to express their views and concerns.

The aims and purposes of the forum are to:

Provide the opportunity for all service users to have a voice.
Let all service users know there is a means of voicing their views and concerns.
Act as a group enabling service users to obtain the highest degree of satisfaction possible fromthe service offered.
To be non judgemental and non discriminatory and uphold equality of opportunity.
To consider positive and negative aspects of the service offered.
To work together with BCHA/Hyped and assist in providing the best possible service.
To be involved at all levels in all aspects of BCHA/Hyped operations.
To provide information for service users.
