Salisbury Trust for the Homeless (STFH) is a registered charity who provide accommodation and support to single homeless people in Salisbury.

STFH provide support to help people:

  • Develop essential life skills
  • Identify and develop options for the future
  • Access education, training and employment
  • Access permanent housing
  • Return to independent living

STFH joined the BCHA Family in 2008. Our relationship is very much based on shared values and a commitment to provide support for society’s most vulnerable people.

In 2011, BCHA began work on restoring St Paul’s Homes, grade two listed almhouses in the centre of Salisbury which had been derelict for over eight years. STFH were instrumental to this project, leading a fundraising campaign to raise £300,000 towards the £900,000 project costs.

In November 2012, St Paul’s Homes once again opened its doors to residents, providing 12 one-bedroom flats, creating more suitable and sustainable housing for people in Salisbury who have experienced homelessness and are ready to move on to independent living.
