Freedom of Information and Privacy Notice
We may, in consequence of your tenancy with us, disclose personal information we hold about you or your family to third parties as permitted by Data Protection Law during the course of your tenancy.
Examples of third parties we may make disclosure to are other landlords, the police, HB officers or other public agencies and those acting on our behalf (such as contractors) that may need to take action. We will seek to ensure that we have a legal reason to do so and to maintain the security of the information in questions.
