Under Section 105 of the Housing Act 1985 (Provision of Information and Consultation), you have a legal right to be consulted on housing management issues. This section explains how you can participate and provide feedback on our services and any proposed changes that may impact you and to have your voice heard by BCHA. Staying involved can also allow you:
