Employee benefits

At BCHA we feel we have an excellent working environment. We live our values day-to-day by incorporating them into our work, with both our customers and staff.

We offer a competitive benefits package to employees, some of these benefits are listed below:

Annual Leave: All employees receive up to 21 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing up to 27 days after four years service.

Occupational Pension Scheme: Eligible staff members are entitled to join our competitive pension scheme.

Learning & Development: BCHA is committed to the ongoing development of our employees and fully encourages support in learning and development activities. We offer excellent training through our Corporate Training Programme and through external providers, as well as our online dynamic learning environment.

Employee Assistance Programme: Our Employee Assistance Programme offers information and advice from specialists who provide help and assistance on a wide range of issues from your legal rights, financial concerns or other issues linked to your family and personal life (e.g. child support or community care).

Fair Care Advantage: Fair Care Advantage carries discounts, vouchers, offers and cashback opportunities from over 1600 retailers, with great savings on everything from holidays and haircuts, to groceries and gardening.

Parking: Many of our sites offer free car parking for employees.

Cycle to Work Scheme: This scheme is available to all eligible employees on BCHA Terms and Conditions, and is a fantastic way to save a great deal of money on a new bicycle. If you wish to join the scheme, you may choose to use Halfords or Wheelie Great Bike Factory (BCHA’s own independent cycle store).

BH Live Fitness Corporate Membership: Our employees have access to the BH Live Corporate Membership; this allows use of all four BH Live leisure centres in Bournemouth from £27 a month.

Childcare Vouchers: BCHA offers a salary sacrifice scheme whereby employees may purchase vouchers to be exchanged for a wide range of registered and approved childcare providers throughout the UK. The salary you use to purchase vouchers is exempt from National Insurance and Tax.
