All employees at BCHA will work towards an Essential Learning Plan, this plan gives an overview of the training and development provided whilst in your role, it is in place to ensure you have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to complete your role successful. It also allows all employees to see what training and development is required for them to complete from day 1 up until their 6-month probation, enabling them to work with their line manager to plan this learning to fit around their role.

All employees have access to our bespoke online Learning Management System platform with access to not only the mandatory units for your role but access to the Infinity Library which houses hundreds of online course that can be used to inform and upskill.
