As part of its Service Improvement Plan to ensure that all housing repairs are attended to promptly, BCHA is pleased to announce its partnership with npa24:7, who will be providing a new out-of-hours housing emergency service for customers.
npa24:7 have a long history of responding to home emergency problems and operate across the UK with a large workforce, which will enable them to provide BCHA customers with an enhanced service.
The new appointment was prompted by customer feedback and BCHA looks forward to hearing what customers think of the new service.
Should a customer have an emergency between the hours of 5pm to 9am, at the weekend or during a Bank Holiday, they should call the repairs number: 0300 1234 001 and their call will be diverted to npa24:7.

NPA 247 will be able to provide a quicker, reliable, more efficient service and make a difference to you, at a time of need. All calls to them will be logged and we will be monitoring and reviewing the information we receive about their effectiveness.
