BCHA Employee Awarded Seetec’s ‘Achiever of the Year’

BCHA Home's Sean Clifton was recently awarded Seetec's Achiever of the Year award, as part of their annual impact celebrations. 
 
Seetec provides work and wellbeing support across the UK and Ireland, from career progression, at home, or in the community. They also work closely with employers in key areas to support the recruitment of the ideal candidates. 

Despite actively seeking employment Sean had been out of work for a sustained period until Seetec introduced him to BCHA. 

Sean joined BCHA six months ago and has recently been promoted to a supervisor in the Home team. 

Ricky Trim, Sean’s Line Manager and Multi-Trade Operative at BCHA said “Sean has been working for BCHA for just over six months now. In this short time, I've received numerous messages of thanks from customers and colleagues regarding Sean's great attitude, willingness to help people and generally going the extra mile. On a personal note, I have found his enthusiasm and energy a great addition to our team, and his versatility in jobs he has been willing to take on has helped me operationally on many different occasions.”

At the recent Seetec annual impact celebrations in Bournemouth, Sean was recognised and awarded their ‘Achiever of the Year’. When accepting the award, which was a complete surprise to him, Sean said:
