BCHA is excited to be preparing its next 5 year Business Plan and we need your input.

In September and October there are various workshop sessions across the South and South West. We are inviting customers, staff and stakeholders to help understand the key issues in each community and share ideas for improvements. These will be informal and friendly 1.5 hour long sessions with our new CEO, Lorraine, and members of the Executive Team. It will also be a chance to meet other customers, staff and partners.

If you're a BCHA tenant, customer, partner or stakeholder and want to input email events@bcha.org.uk for more information.

A five year Business Plan sets out the key aims for an organisation. Our new one will re-establish our mission and values. It will outline our ambition for the next five years and list specific goals that we will be working towards. The final Business Plan will be approved by the BCHA Board following input from a wide range of individuals and groups across the sector.

This is a great opportunity to reset our ambitions and set a clear path for the next five years. I’m genuinely looking forward to hearing views and ideas from across the sector, from our customers and all our colleagues. This insight will be invaluable in ensuring we have the best impact possible over the next five years
