New Leaf, who deliver the Maintenance Service to BCHA residents and tenants, are keen to  to receive your feedback and tell us what you like and don’t like about the current repairs service, your priorities and give us some ideas for improving the current service.

We will be holding a Focus Group on Wednesday 2nd March  2016 at 2pm at our Head Office in Bournemouth. All participants will receive a shopping voucher as a thank you for their time.
