Calling all Tenants and Residents ….
BCHA are committed to involving our customers in making sure we deliver high quality services and homes. We recognise that it makes a real difference to local communities when local people, who know their neighbourhood well, get involved.
We are now looking for Customer Assessors to help us keep your outside communal areas clean and tidy and ensure the service delivered by New Leaf ground maintenance team is of a high standard.
We will be working with you to identify any areas of concern or room for improvement, and also to identify where things are going well!
It won’t take up too much of your time. All we ask is that you complete a monthly form and send it back to us. We will publicise the results and make sure we let tenants know the difference they have made.
We will be using a grading system and our goal is to achieve Gold in all of our properties and estates.
• Gold - Very good
• Silver - Satisfactory
• Bronze - Poor
• Red alert – Urgent action required
