BCHA plans to enhance customer experience

BCHA is in the process of upgrading its Housing Management database.

BCHA is in the process of upgrading its Housing Management database and last week our staff - from across Customer Service, General Needs Housing, Corporate Services, Supported Housing and Repairs and Maintenance - attended a system demonstration at The Factory.

 We plan to go live with the new system in December and we will be spending the coming months testing the system and training staff, so as to enhance our customer experience.
