Hannah House closure

We had a journalist from the Bournemouth Echo visit us to follow up on the story that Hannah House - our supported service in Bournemouth set up specially to accommodate homeless people who are highly dependent on alcohol - will be closing due to the removal of funding.

They first met with CEO, Martin Hancock, before chatting with a group of ex- residents, who have moved on to independent living, family members of a former resident and a Hannah House staff member.

The closure will not only have a huge impact on these very vulnerable residents, but wider implications for local services, such as the NHS and criminal justice system.
