Each year we provide thousands of people with a place to call home. We manage 2079 units of accommodation (as of the end of the last financial year), predominantly throughout the South of England. Click here to view a map of our housing stock.

At a time when the UK is experiencing a shortage of affordable homes, we continue to provide, and build, new affordable housing – providing more people with a safe and secure place to live. People need this stability and these foundations in order to build a positive and sustainable future for themselves and their family.

In order to qualify for one of our homes, you will need to be nominated by the local authority through their choice-based lettings system. Click here for details of how to contact your local authority and get your name on the housing register.

If you’re a current tenant of BCHA, have a look through the pages on the left for information and helpful advice about your tenancy. You will also find information and advice on the new Universal Credit system, and tips on how to manage your money.

If you have a question that isn’t answered on our website, then please contact your Housing Officer.

“I couldn’t be happier. The service and staff are fantastic, and I’m glad to be living in a BCHA property.”
