There is no set way of getting a place in one of our schemes. The criteria and referral process will depend on which scheme it is, and where it is located.

Dorset

We work with Dorset County Council to provide supported accommodation for homeless young people aged 16 - 25 across Dorset. We have two services for young people in Dorset:

West COAST - covering Bridport, Weymouth, Portland, Dorchester and Sherborne. For further information about this service and how it might be able to help you:

Bournemouth

We provide a range of supported accommodation in the town for young people aged 16 - 25.

All referrals to our Bournemouth young people services must be made by Bournemouth Borough Council’s Supporting People Hub:

Poole

We provide a high support service for looked after children, children in care and care leavers in Poole. For further information about accessing these services, contact the Borough of Poole:

Wiltshire

We provide five rooms for homeless young people aged 16 -18 at our housing project, Unity House, in Chippenham. For further information about how to access this service, speak to Wiltshire Council’s Housing Options Team:

If you’re a young person who is currently homeless, or at risk of homelessness, and are unsure as to who you need to contact to try and access one of our schemes, you can call our Customer Services Team for advice on 01202 410500.

Need emergency help?

If you’re homeless, or about to be homeless and need somewhere to stay:

Call Shelter on 0808 800 4444 between 8am-8pm Monday – Friday and 8am-5pm on the weekend.
