We produce a range of publications for our customers – you can view these below. Please give us a call on 01202 410500 if you would like a hard copy of any of these publications, or if you would like any of them in a different format such as Braille or large print. 

Residents Annual Report

Each year, everyone living within one of our properties will receive a copy of our Residents Annual Report. We produce this publication to keep you updated about our latest news, and to let you know how we’ve performed throughout the year – measuring our performance against the Homes & Community Agency standards.

The report also includes important information about BCHA, and our commitment to you, as our customers.

Results of our Survey for Tenants and Residents (STAR)

Our STAR Survey is an annual survey which takes place in December of each year. The survey is sent to all of our customers, providing you with a chance to give us feedback about the service we provide. A report outlining the results of the STAR survey is sent to our Senior Management Team and the BCHA Board along with suggested actions for service improvement.

The results of our 2014 STAR Survey will be published here soon.

Repairs and Maintenance Handbook

We have produced a Repairs and Maintenance Handbook for our customers, which will provide you will all the information you need to know about repairs, and our repairs and maintenance service.

Please refer to this booklet when reporting a repair to ensure you provide us with as much information as possible - to allow us to complete your repair as quickly and efficiently as possible.
