We recognise the great value volunteers add. By volunteering with us, you can share your skills and experience. You may want to gain experience in our sector - or you may be looking at returning to work. What we look for:
- For all positions we ask that you have a minimum of five GCSE’s including English and Maths, or have NVQ2 equivalent.
- For apprentices we ask that you are aged 16 or over and are not in full time education.
- More importantly we ask that you possess and live our values and have a passion for what we do.
Personal data is collected to facilitate the recruitment process and used for anonymised recruitment reporting purposes. Data entered as part of an application is stored in the system and will be made available for the applicant to `re-use` as part of a future application. If the applicant is successful in their application, their personal information will be sent to the BCHA Group Workforce system.
Information held on the Group`s Workforce system will be used for the purposes of the Group`s legitimate interests and the performance of the employee`s contract of employment. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act, the Company Secretary is our Data Controller.
