Realise your potential. If you're facing homelessness, housing issues or need support to help you live more independently, we can help.

We are a specialist housing and social care support provider, offering a wide range of help to people in vulnerable circumstances and to professionals trying to equip those in need. Bournemouth-based, we work across a wide geographical area (including Dorset, Hampshire, Devon, Wiltshire, Reading and Oxford). Whether you're facing life on the street or a circle of issues you want to break out of, we can help you find a way forward. We have over 40 years' experience of helping homeless and other vulnerable people access the right housing, health, learning and work opportunities.

Our 2013-2014 Value for Money Statement
Achieving value for money is a key objective for any business, no less for organisations with a social mission such as BCHA.

Each year we produce a Value for Money Statement to identify areas where we are doing well in terms of costs and outcomes, but also to identify areas where we need to improve the cost and efficiency of what we do as part of our commitment to continuous improvement. Click here to read our 2013-2014 Value for Money Statement.

Our Winter Appeal

Imagine how cold it will be on the streets this winter.
Imagine how lonely it is.
Imagine it was you.

Every year, thousands of people sleep on the streets. Being homeless is always difficult, but it is even harder during the gruelling winter months. That's why, this winter, we're doing everything we can to help. We are asking people to text a donation in order to help a homeless person survive the cold and wet winter months.

£1 could give a homeless person a hot meal, helping someone to stay warm when the temperature outside is below freezing. £5 can provide a toiletry kit - being able to keep clean can make someone feel better and healthier. £10 could provide an emergency support package to help someone feel human again, including a bed for the night, food and support to move on to more permanent accommodation.

To donate, text 'BCHA02' followed by the amount you want to donate, e.g 'BCHA02 £1, £5 or £10' to 70070.
