Each year we provide thousands of people with a place to call home. We manage in excess of 1400 units of accommodation, predominantly throughout the South of England.
At a time when the UK is experiencing a shortage of affordable homes, we continue to provide and build new affordable housing – providing more people with a safe and secure place to live.
We provide a number of housing options: general needs rented accommodation, shared ownership buying scheme homes and supported living options. For our rented and supported accommodation, you usually need to be referred to BCHA through your local authority.
